Worry Warriors is an 8-week online group program where your child will:
45–50 minutes each, via Zoom
(6-8 kids) so every child gets personal attention
with activities and exercises for between sessions
so you know exactly what your child is learning and how to support them at home
for Q&A and guidance

No. Worry Warriors is a psychoeducational skills group. It teaches your child practical tools for managing worry. It's not a substitute for therapy, but it's a powerful complement — or a great starting point.

Nope. This is for any child who struggles with worry, anxiety, or fear — whether they have a formal diagnosis or not.
That's totally normal! The group is small and activity-based. Kids warm up fast when they realize everyone else feels the same way.
