The cost of therapy can seem somewhat daunting. Let me help navigate you through different options.

Out-of-network Reimbursement
Most people don't know that most insurances will cover mental health services through their out-of-network benefits. This means that I can work with different insurers.
- I will help you to determine IF and what your out-of-network benefits are.
- I can provide you with what is called a superbill to turn in to your insurance for reimbursement. Most insurances will pay a percentage of the cost.
Out of pocket
Out of pocket payments. This just simply means you're paying for the cost of sessions out of pocket.
- There is a ton of research backing the fact that out-of-pocket payments can be more beneficial to those seeking service.
- Insurance companies require a diagnosis for treatment. Paying out of pocket cuts this out of the equation.
- The energy and effort of your therapist is focused more on you and not on working with your insurer.
Payment plan options
We can discuss payment plan options and/or reduced fees. These options will be considered on a case by case basis.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback sessions are not covered by insurance plans. We have tailored payment plans for neurofeedback sessions.
Neurofeedback sessions can also be implemented in conjunction with counseling sessions for a reduced price.
Office based Neurofeedback:
6 Sessions: $450
10 Sessions: $650
15 Sessions: $900
Remote Neurotherapy:
$500 per month (discounted monthly rate for extended purchase up front)

Pricing
Individual Therapy- $140-$170 (according to location)
Individual Therapy- $140-$170 (according to location)

Individual therapy is considered one on one sessions for adults and parent(s) with child.
Family Therapy- $160
Individual Therapy- $140-$170 (according to location)

Family therapy is considered parents and children within a family unit.
Group Therapy- $50
Group therapy will consist of up to 12 individuals. Groups will be held periodically according to interest and are currently being held virtually.
Court action and legal fees
- Preparation Time (including submission of records): $220/hour (billable in 15 minute increments)
- Phone calls: $220/hour (billable in 15 minute increments)
- Depositions: $250/hour
- Time required in Giving Testimony: $250/hour
- Mileage: .56/mile
- Time Away from office due to Depositions or Testimony: $220/hour
- All attorney fees and costs that are incurred by the therapist as a result of the legal action.
- Filing document with the court: $100
- The minimum charge for a court appearance: $1500
The fees will be billed after the court appearance and will be due upon receipt. If the therapist is subpoenaed and the case is reset with less than 72 business hours notice prior to the beginning of the day of the scheduled subpoena, trial, and/or testimony is not given, then the client will be charged $500 (in addition to the original retainer of $1500 for having to appear in court). All fees listed above are doubled if the therapist has priorly been scheduled to be out of town at the time of the court appearance.
