Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to make a difference in the lives of children and teens? We’re seeking a North Carolina licensed (LCMHC, LPC, LCSW, etc.) or associate-level therapist to join our team as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist in Surry County schools! This is an excellent opportunity among the available mental health jobs focused on youth.

What You’ll Do:

•  Serve as a liaison to provide professional counseling and coordinate care for kids and teens during school hours in the schools. Complete individual therapy sessions, conduct intake and tx plans. Utilize AI tools for notes and assessments, allowing for minimal time spent on documentation.

•  Enjoy flexible scheduling with the option for remote work when school’s out, or office-based during summer.

Position Details:

•  Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 3 PM with the opportunity to see patients virtually or in the office outside these hours (not required).

•  Compensation: Per diem, based on billed visits – 70% for fully licensed, 60% for associates. Potential earnings: $1,400 - $2,100 per week! (20-30 visits)
