Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to make a difference in the lives of children and teens? We’re seeking a North Carolina licensed (LCMHC, LPC, LCSW, etc.) or associate-level therapist to join our team as a School-Based Mental Health Therapist in
Surry County schools!
What You’ll Do:
• Serve as a liaison to provide professional counseling and coordinate care for kids and teens during school hours in the schools. Complete individual therapy sessions, complete intake and tx plan. Utilize ai tools for notes and assessments. Very little time spent doing notes.
• Enjoy flexible scheduling with the option for remote work when school’s out, or office-based during summer.
Position Details:
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 3 PM with opportunity to see patients virtually or in office outside these hours (no required).
• Compensation: Per diem, based on billed visits – 70% for fully licensed, 60% for associates. Potential earnings: $1,400 - $2,100 per week! (20-30 visits)
• Benefits: Sign on Bonus and Health insurance after a 90-day probation period, Make your own schedule, great opportunity for growth, training and certification will be a priority for this position so be ready to learn!
