Jake is a Licensed counselor in North Carolina and Virginia and also holds virtual licensure in Florida. Jake graduated from Liberty University in 2014 starting his career as a professional counselor. Jake has experience working with individuals of all ages and walks of life having experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and with substance abuse. When meeting with Jake, it's like talking to someone you've known your entire life. He's very welcoming and creates a warm, open environment. When he's not providing therapy, he can be found playing music, creating in his woodworking shop, or spending time with his wife and little girl. She’s worked in a variety of clinical settings—including inpatient care, outpatient services, crisis intervention, and intensive outpatient programs—so she’s seen it all and is ready to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
Beth specializes in working with adults facing challenges like depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, stress, grief, and substance use. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, she provides compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals who have experienced trauma, helping them heal and regain control of their lives.
